T01. Service and operator

IndustryQuery is an independent DEM/DET and Free Time information tool operated by 이주성 (Lee Joo-Sung), who is also responsible for privacy. Contact: 웹 Contact / Web Contact. No unconfirmed address, telephone, location, business identifier or exclusive forum is invented.

T02. Independence and purpose

IndustryQuery is an independent information tool with no affiliation with or endorsement by official carriers.

Information is provided as a reference to assist comparison and checking. Results do not replace a freight quotation, carriage contract, confirmed carrier tariff, actual invoice or individually negotiated Free Time. They do not indicate approval or endorsement by a carrier or official body.

T03. Official sources and checks before a transaction

Check the official source and applicable individual contract terms first. Before shipping or transacting, confirm country, port, direction, charge, equipment, cargo, effective date, exceptions, currency and day-count rules against carrier material or with the carrier. Where information differs or is missing, do not determine a confirmed tariff solely from IndustryQuery.

The priority between different official sources and contracts also depends on the relevant transaction. IndustryQuery does not determine that contractual priority or alter carrier terms on a carrier’s behalf.

T04. LIVE, CACHE, SNAPSHOT and manual checking

LIVE means the official source was checked for that lookup. Document verification may include checking the current document against a previously verified document. It does not mean that new tariffs in a changed document were automatically interpreted. CACHE delivers a previously verified result from cache. SNAPSHOT displays the last verified result when the current lookup fails or is otherwise unavailable. A manual or Assisted state requires the user to check official material.

These states describe delivery and validation methods, not a guarantee of freshness or applicability to a current shipment. Check effective dates and observation times as well. Source changes, errors, blocking or delays can cause displayed information to differ from the latest official information.

T05. External links and rights in materials

Opening an official-source link may subject the visit to that site’s terms and privacy policy. A link does not guarantee the site’s accuracy, continued availability or permission to reuse its material.

Rights in IndustryQuery’s own interface and brand are separate from rights in carrier and other third-party materials. Rights in third-party names, tables, documents and data remain with the relevant rights holders. These conditions do not grant users permission to copy, redistribute or commercially use third-party materials. Attribution alone does not replace any required permission.

T06. Reasonable use

Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls or usage limits, access accounts without authorisation, transmit malware or infringe others’ rights. Provide relevant facts in inquiries without passwords, sensitive personal information or unnecessary information about others. Requests may be delayed or limited to protect service security and resource limits.

These conditions do not grant the operator broad rights over users’ materials or unlimited rights to use their data.

T07. Changes and interruptions

Source changes or restrictions, technical issues or operational circumstances may change features or information coverage, or temporarily interrupt the service. Any notice or protection obligations imposed by applicable law remain applicable. This provision does not retrospectively remove users’ existing legal rights.

T08. Responsibility and users’ rights

Responsibility for missing, incorrect or delayed IndustryQuery information and use of external material is determined within the limits permitted by applicable law. These conditions do not generally exclude liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, non-excludable legal responsibilities or users’ statutory rights. They do not impose an absolute exclusion of liability for all losses in every circumstance.

T09. Inquiries and privacy

Anonymous private web inquiries use a receipt and secret lookup key to view replies on the site. Do not enter names, email addresses, phone numbers or other personal information. Lost keys cannot be recovered. Inquiry/reply access ends 90 days after receipt and daily cleanup deletes both together. Replies are not emailed. Privacy rights and complaints use Web Contact. Previously received email remains subject to the maximum 90-day manual deletion policy; web inquiries are not delivered to Gmail.
